A fresh wind blows on the Travessa das Pedras Negras. Step in and plunge into a most bucolic atmosphere. Masses of plants overhang the main dining area, and the restaurant is bathed in natural light, reflected through large windows.
Young chef Antonio Galapito makes wonders with regional produce. Fish is caught in the night or early morning, and vegetables are supplied by small local producers. Dishes are refined and displayed in natural stoneware.
Try the black scabbard fish, served with nasturtiums and radishes, or indulge in an Iberian pork tenderloin with quinces and peppers. For dessert, opt for sweet potato with smoked milk and honey ice cream. A surprising spot to be tried without delay!
