Your company can use or distribute its Points as it sees fit, regardless of who earned them.

A few examples

• With 5480 Points you can already obtain an Economy return reward ticket Johannesburg via Paris to London, based on L-class availability.
• With an Economy K-class return ticket Johannesburg via Paris to London, you need 9120 Points to obtain an Upgrade Reward one-way to Business Class (based on Z-class being available).
• An additional baggage allowance of 5 kg on a JNB-LON flight requires 1028 Points.
