Once your trip is complete, your Points are automatically calculated and added to your account. Points are valid for up to 2 years and 11 months, depending on the date when they are credited to your account. For example, Points earned in June 2008 are valid until the end of 2010, i.e., for 2 years and 7 months. Points earned in January 2009 are valid for 2 years, until the end of 2011.

Did you forget to provide your VoyageurREWARDS^TM account number when you made your reservation? Have the missing Points credited to your account once your trip is complete by filling out the appropriate form in the dedicated online space.
